Whistleblowing Reports

In compliance with EU Directive 2019/1937 and the GDPR, submit a secure and confidential report to GCP Auditors Ltd.

Purpose of Processing

The collection and processing of personal data through this form is solely for receiving, investigating, and managing reports of actual or potential violations relating to:

  • Professional misconduct or unethical behaviour
  • Violations of audit independence or ethical codes
  • Fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, or breaches of regulatory requirements
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) violations
  • Retaliation against individuals reporting concerns in good faith

Access and Confidentiality

All reports are treated as strictly confidential. Access is restricted to designated personnel at GCP Auditors Ltd responsible for assessing and investigating reports. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations, and no retaliatory action will be taken against any person submitting a report in good faith.

Anonymous submission

You may submit reports anonymously. No identifying data is required unless voluntarily provided.

Restricted access

Submissions are accessible only to designated investigators bound by confidentiality.

Legal basis

GDPR Arts. 6(1)(c)/(f), 9(2)(g), and EU Directive 2019/1937.

Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary to investigate and meet legal obligations, then anonymised or deleted.
